UPDATE:
It looks like Valve has been doing a really good job with the bot issue with keeping these people banned from the game which is really great to hear. I am officially swapping back to a positive review, I just hope that we can stay like this and not have to worry about these bots anymore, only time will tell. Looking forward to trying out the bot-free summer update.

As much as this pains me to do, I now have to give one of my favorite games of all time a negative review. I've loved this game from when I first purchased the Orange Box back in 2008 and it has been one of the most influential pieces of media that I have played to this day. There have been so many years filled with amazing memories that I will cherish forever, which is why it is so hard to see what the game has become. The bot problem has come to a point where I would rather not even boot up the game anymore to even try to play, because whats the point? I would love to see the game brought back to its formal glory, but something has got to change. Even for someone like me (who I would consider a Valve fan through and through), it is hard to see their past actions and not get upset for how they have handled this problem and left this beloved game to rot. I really hope that we see some change soon and I can change my review to positive again like TF2 really deserves.

Insanely fun nostalgia trip, glad there is a steam version. Although if you get into it, you will likely want to swap over to the Runelite client for a lot more features and QoL fixes.

Please don't. I beg you. My friend made me buy this awful game a second time and god was it even worse than I remembered it being before. Please. Just play literally any other Resident Evil game and just save yourself the heartache of playing whatever this is. Do not be fooled by the people who say this is a good action game. It's not. If you want a good third person action RE game, play RE5. If you want survival horror, pick something almost any other RE game. But for the love of God just skip this entry, you're not missing out on anything, I promise.

The first Payday was already great, but the creators took it a step further. They've improved the leveling system to appeal to a wider variety of game types while also adding a stealth feature that allows you to do some missions completely undetected. Good communication and teamwork are a must in this game, but it is doable with a random team, so don't let that scare you away from playing. I HIGHLY reccomend this game.
