So here's the thing.. Having read some of the criticism already listed in the community feedback, I felt like it’s rather unfair to call the game bad. Based on the free-to-play model, you can expect some of the gameplay features to feel very ‘grindy’ – taking a long time to level up characters in order to unlock better weapons, gear, vehicles etc. It’s a free-to-play; it’s expected. You can purchase items and ranks with real money but it’s not necessary to enjoy the game whatsoever. All of the in-game assets can be acquired through gameplay alone, with zero payment. All you have to do is play the game.

I’ve witnessed people complain about the unbalance of gear when starting out with a new character. They do have a ‘matchmaking group’ system implemented to combat this and it does work to a certain extent, however, 90% of the individuals who complain genuinely have 0 game sense, run in to the heat of battle and expect to get 25 kills and call in an aerial strike… This isn’t Call of Duty. Use your head. The game will reward players which can aim, follow objectives and work as a team.

I would recommend downloading & playing Heroes & Generals, it is still a lot of fun, even after 250+ hours of gameplay. I have no difficulty finding matches at all, not sure why some individuals do. Game performance is great, I’ve rarely (if at all) experienced any issues with bad FPS or lag due to servers. Reto-Moto are actively working on improving the game as much as they can by adding new content and refining gameplay mechanics.
