A bit rough around the edges as to be expected with an open alpha, but there's a lot to do and a lot of charm to the game.

It has a good mix of old school MMO systems and gameplay with some more modern combat and quality of life. Has a healthy balance of open-ended "play your own way" design with just enough guidance to keep you moving in the right direction. Rewards exploration with some hidden locations and puzzles with meaningful rewards like skills/spells.

The community is small but active, global chat usually has some friendly chatter and people are always more than happy to help new players out however they can.

Devs are completely fantastic. I think you'd struggle to find a more hands on team when it comes to solving issues, had a couple of unfortunate incidents with bugs that blocked quest progress (again, it's in alpha so to be expected) and on both occasions the lead dev/owner got in touch with me within 5 minutes of me reporting the issue on Discord, teleported to me in-game, and worked with me to identify the issue and correct it, even giving me a little temporary combat buff to say thanks before disappearing.

It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like games like RuneScape (both Old School and modern) and can excuse some alpha jankiness here and there, I can't recommend this game enough. It's a real hidden gem that deserves more players.

Wonderful roguelike game, me and and my friends are having a blast with it. Definitely worth its full price in my opinion.

Game certainly still has some issues and is not perfect, but it has vastly improved since launch and is a lot of fun to play. Great for casual players like myself looking for a shooter they can hop into and have some quick fun.

Beware the trees...
