Overall the game is a grind fest that treats your time as a player as owed to the game. Every chapter of the game has its own combat skill that is identical to the other skills and resets every time you go to the next chapter. Gear cannot be used between chapters and the value given by that armor is reduced to a flat 0 until you start killing that Chapter's starter monster for that chapter's armor and weapons. It is not until Chapter 3, which requires a paid membership to access, that skills between chapters start to matter.

The grinding is overall satisfying in and of itself with good pacing between levels up no doubt due to the experiences the Gower brothers have with Runescape, their previous game. But all of this is done a disservice by the utter lack of anything to do with that Grinding. It's grinding for the sake of the grind and there's no flavor outside of it.

As an online game with an absence of PvP, trading, community tasks, or any dungeons there's no reason for this game to be an online game save for the leaderboard racing we'll see come over from the Runescape community.

The game is quirky and a good time waster, but I do not see this game having a future.

I've played from the 1st Alpha test to the launch and every step of the way. During the Alpha this game had some pretty harsh issues in terms of balance and stability but it was still better than I expected from a game coming from Amazon of all people. Every update they've listened to the players and made the changes we needed and asked for within a few days and sometimes even a few HOURS of asking. When the hatchet was the most overpowered weapon and having a light staff in your third weapon slot was REQUIRED to succeed Amazon took the blink ability from the light staff, removed the third weapon slot, AND they didn't just NERF the hatchet they REWROTE it to make it balanced and strong in it's own right!

On launch day the Queues were massive but that's to be EXPECTED of the most anticipated MMO of 2021! Day 1 we had 2 gamebreaking bugs, the immortality bug and the permadeath bug. Both of these were FIXED day 2 and I suspect maybe even late day 1 with a quickpatch I missed. The game runs great, PvP is balanced, engaging, and EXCITING. The PvE scene is full and flourishing and the in game economy is flourishing and running great.

A gloriously beautiful Survival game with genuinely fun gameplay and more than 80 hours worth of content despite only having 5 bosses to beat right now during Early Access. I've never had so much fun playing a survival game

Has all the features of your standards Survival FPS but with actual polish and a clear level of progress to be made!

In its simplicity the game becomes an absolute blast to play. The psychological mechanics that come with being the impostor or sleuthing as the crewmates. A must play and with more content on the way I cannot wait to see the future.

This game is addictive, I'm not a huge build-a-city fan but this game is really a fun entry point and I'm enjoying it thoroughly!

Great game! It's loads of fun and modding is active! Though I do have to disagree with their constant interruption in gameplay with demands that you buy the DLC content you might be using on a server.

First game I get in to, takes me 2 seconds TTK, everyone else despite having 116+ MORE ping than I has a .02 second TTK, as soon as a shot hits me anywhere I'm dead. P2Win as ♥♥♥♥ there's no future for this game
