Pros:
- great sound
- F1 atmosphere with TV cameras is nicely done
- tyre strategy system
- interesting technical development program
- tutorial for beginners
- real team radio messages (although they are repetitive)

Contras:
- no customisation (livery, own team. sponsors,...)
- physics have bugs
- compound difference isn't big enough
- no red flags or penalty system, weird safety car moments
- please more setup options
- no F2 and F3, although the drivers are in it

For the first time, this F1 Manager game is decent. The game definitely has some potential and with some patches, it can be improved. But as you can see, there are some annoying moments. Especially the physics look weird, drivers stop overtakings or deliberately drive in front of your car at qualifying for no reason. Also the real team radio messages are a good idea, but are too repetitive. I changed the lift and coast strategy five (!) times in one lap and both drivers just said "yeah, copy". A real F1 driver would be annoyed. They just sound too neutral, more emotions would be great if they already introduce this feature.
I was thinking for a long time if I should recommend the game or not. Especially when you played Motorsport Manager before, like I did. Is it better than Motorsport Manager? No. Not yet. MM with some mods is still one or two steps ahead. But F1 Manager definitely has potential and it makes fun to play it. I hope there will be patches and updates and some improvements for 2023.

Summarized, short comment below:
Pro
+ Long-term motivation
+ Lovely atmosphere
+ A lot of sympathetic characters
+ Co-op mode
+ Many quests and opportunities to do whatever you want to do
+ Great soundtrack and nice 8bit graphics
+ Developer keeps on updating the game
+ Much content for a good price

Contra
- A few bugs in the co-op mode (but nothing that "destroys" the game)

Do you like Harvest Moon, Starbound and/or farm simulator games? Then you will love Stardew Valley. It's a relaxing, but also challenging experience, no matter if you play alone or with some friends. What I really like about this game is the character design: there are many different people in this village which all are sympathetic on their own way. Some people like George, Shane or Haley seem kind of grumpy, embittered or superficial at the beginning, but if you become friends with them, they show you another face. What bothered me about Harvest Moon was the fact that you only had the opportunity to become friends if you gave them some presents. In Stardew Valley, you even get some friendship points by just saying Hello. And if you are tired of farming or talking to the characters, you can also go fishing or mining.
What else can I say? I can clearly recommend Stardew Valley, especially the co-op mode. It's the perfect game for rainy evenings, so lean back and enjoy it :)
