Still holds up. The combat is rather janky at parts, but imo that's really the only dated part. The attention to detail we used to get in games was top tier. It's going to be hard to top this with the new Fable, but lets prayge together.

Start of 2026 - Still one of the best games ever created.

Update: Absolute Cimena - let the Vanishing of Ethan Carter devs cook! The progression, difficulty, and exploration is top tier, then going back to a previous biome to have it act completely different. 1.0 is going to be top tier if they keep going in this direction.

At the time of writing this, in order for me to run it I had to disable X.M.P. Profile, so anyone who has issues, this may be a workaround.

Hot take: don't reduce the difficulty!

Fantastic game, I just hope people's complaints don't reduce the difficulty and make the game different that what it feels it should be.

This game has taught me valuable life lessons.

Good game with a decent amount of balls

It's Dying Light, but a few years later, technologically speaking. But hey, it was free for me, and I just wanted to throw support for the devs.

As expected p2w slop. It's just filler content for me, so I'll play it when nothing else catches my interest.

That being said, just don't expect to do much without money or massive amounts of time investment.

So much potential, alas... too many bugs, obvious dropoff in care/development after act 1.

Big sad I am. Thoroughly enjoyed what I played, but lost interest due to many bugs and quests that could not complete - Just not worth it right now in it's current state. Coulda been something more Tainted Grail, big whoof

Lost some IRL friends, would do it again... 10/10
