This game is metal, playing the original doom back when I was a kid was quite a trip and at the time I did not realize how much that game influenced the industry and genre. Now when I heard this game was coming back I had some PTSD moments of Doom 3 and how that completely missed the mark. Once I loaded this game up and you are thrown right into the action, I knew I was in for one hell of a ride. The graphics are gorgeous and the gameplay is like doing a beautiful dance with a chain saw. Cannot recommend this game enough!

This game knows exactly what it is, a game where you play as one of four awesome class of dwarf, mine the hell out of randomly generated maps and destroy endless hordes of bug aliens. The progression systems are detailed enough but do not get overly complex or simple. The graphics are fantastic and the music is also great. Definitely pulls you in and does not let go. The little hub between missions is great and endlessly entertaining. Definitely grab this one before the sale goes away and even after it goes away, worth every penny.
