RimWorld is a brilliant game. I tip my hat to the developer. The attention to detail in the management of your colony and just the randomness and hardness of it keep me coming back. Don't exepct this to be a game where every colony makes it :D haha It can be a pretty brutal game at times, especially if you play with the "permadeath" mode on. I love it though.
