I don't write reviews very often, but in this case I really want to.

First of all,
IT'S ABANDONWARE! DO NOT BUY!

They just announced that they wouldn't continue the development of this "game".

And that after a whole year of nothing, I guess so that people think it's still being developed and that they'll buy this scum.

But the one thing that really brought me to write this, is the sheer amount of arrogance they displayed in their "Q&A".

Q: I am not happy that you stopped developing Medieval Engineers
A: For us, Medieval Engineers is a complete project.

What the hell?! That's one of the worst excuses I've heard in a long time. It can't even be considered a game. Unless you're playing in a server with 10 or more people, it's just a castle building simulator.

Eigentlich ganz gut, die Playerbase ist'n bissle klein, aber darüber hinaus ist es eigentlich ein guter Skill-Based Shooter.

Obwohl ich die Portal Mechaniken überhaupt nicht benutze.

TTK ist für das genre echt nicht zu kurz, eher zu lang, wenn man es mit zB. Quake vergleichen würde.

Pretty good game that. There is alot of grind involved, but that actually makes it feel special when you build your first house, or even city. The bugs are there, which is typical for early access games, so nothing special in terms of the overall programming, but it's alot of fun, if you have patience. I would recommend playing with a friend or two, though.

It's one of the best games/simulators I've ever played, seriously.

Ich kanns nicht wirklich verstehen, warum soviele Leute Probleme mit der Performance haben, entweder sie sind zu dämlich VSync auszustellen, oder den Fps Max Regler hochzustellen, denn das Spiel läuft auf einem high-end Pc(I7 5820k 4.7 Ghz, Gtx 1080), sowie mid-end Pc(Fx8320 3,7 GHz, Gtx 960), vollkommen Problemlos, die lachen eher noch drüber. Das Spiel stottert selten mal ne Millisekunde, aber das wars. Ich würde mich erstmal richtig umsehen, ob ich alles korrekt eingestellt hab bevor man so ein Mist raus lässt, Zu den Crashes kann ich noch nicht viel schreiben, dafür hab ich zu wenige Spielstunden, wenn, dann werde ich dieses Review anpassen.

Update: So, ich hab jetzt mal die neuen Nvidia Grafiktreiber installiert und siehe da, es ruckelt wie scheiße, anscheinend kann man für manches performance Problem Nvidia danken... Version (372.54). Ich werde mal versuche wieder zu alten Version zurück zu wechseln (Version 368.81).

It's a really great game actually, and for early access, it's already more than playable.

The only things that bother me, are the facts that you can't weld stuff togehter yet, and that the performance gets pretty bad when you "overplace" the world with your creations.

Update: They added welding a long time ago, yeay! :D
