Love the tunes and concept. Very nostalgic and relaxing so far.
Seems like this has potential!

Supergiant made the perfect indie game, then had to deal with the pressure of making another one.

So they made an even better game and called it Transistor.

Beautiful, powerful, brilliant and elegant.
Deep yet straightforward.

This is how Melee combat is done.

FTL is a masterpiece.

If you love Strategy, Crew simulation, Brilliant & near-flawless game design, Roguelikes, or well made videogames in general, you should definitely take a look at this game.

Even if Kickstarter manages to crowdsource a cure for cancer, this will still be among the best things to come out of it.

Play this game, or at least try to learn from if it you plan to make a game of your own.

Updating my review after ~6 years due to a few minor changes to the game.

Warframe is an open world co-op magical space ninja farming / fishing / hoverboarding simulator with endgame consisting of: Fashion shows in a night club called Fortuna 69, Guitar Hero battles, and sculpture-making / base decorating with alien IKEA.

Next update we get our own warships to pilot and rob people with, so add "Pirate" somewhere in there.

It's pretty good if you're into that, but hard to get into if you're new. There's a lot of content but most of it is basically grinding for more stuff and collecting everything.

Visuals, sound design, movement, and micro-transactions / economy are still great compared to vast majority of F2Ps.

Easily one of the best attempts at modernizing some incredibly old videogames. Beat Hazard is one of the first games to intertwine Music with Gameplay in an exciting and fun way, in my opinion.

The ULTRA DLC is an extremely valuable piece of content that truly added significant depth to a game that was previously just a good concept. I suggest getting them together if you ever plan to play this game!

If you have a decent library of loud music or enjoy that fast pace of gameplay with awesome visuals, you should definitely give this game a look.

A wonderful survival game with an atmosphere like no other. The Art-style, design choices, and absolutely wonderful (and brilliant) development team at Klei will easily immerse you for hours on end.
Gameplay can be a little rough and confusing when you first start, but nonetheless exciting.

Before you know it you'll have survived 50 days without starving ingame and are now starving in real life!

A fun satire that I highly recommend any person who loves games to try out. Very quick and straight-forward, but with a lot of great jokes about game design and videogame trends.

Beta testing the second part of this game ("Live Freemium or Die" campaign, which is included.) was a delight, especially with such a caring and humorous developer like Ben Kane.

Elegant and serene with a simplistic style of gameplay, art, and music.
Very calm yet strategic, and often feels like a balance between two completely different sides of gaming.

Sadly, the flow of the game can get very slow and sluggish in the advanced levels. Feels like this game had a lot of potential it didn't fulfill.

I'd still recommend giving it a look, There's an excellent and fairly large demo you can try out.
