Overall, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a solid story driven single-player experience. I do highly recommend this title to anyone who is/was a fan of the Star Wars series. The gameplay is fun and engaging with quite intense fights on higher difficulty settings. If you are a fan of the Dark Souls style combat, this title is right up your alley. The love the developers (Respawn Entertainment) put in to the game is noticeable and I highly respect the decisions that were made behind the scenes towards EA. Let's show EA how games are supposed to be carried out.

Short Answer
Buy it if you like fast-paced action and have a fair setup. Optimization is not there but will come and make things flow much better. It's an 8/10 for me because it is fun and will improve!

Long Answer
Enjoying the game so far! Very-very fast-paced game with deals with camping pretty well. Circles move quickly which allows for quick games. After a match, you can instantly hop in another with minimal downtime. There are glitches, but it's a day after launch... The negative reviews so far only pinpoint things that will be fixed within a month. Servers are pretty decent so far minus a few maintenance breaks, but duh. FPS is about 50-60 on Med 1440p. Optimization will come and it will make things 10x better. I think this will shape up as a badass BR game!

Short Answer...
Buy this game and do not look back. Buy the GOTY Edition.

Long answer..
I normally do not do reviews, but this is well deserved. I have been a fan of RPG/Open World games since I can remember and this is honestly the best game I have played in a long... long time. It has every aspect you could ask for in a story, game, or piece of art. The story is very compelling and well made. The decisions you make, have consequence and repercussion. You can feel them. There are twists and turns all down the road and you are always asking for more. You will get tied to characters throughout the story and want to see them, interact with them, or ride a unicorn with them... lol. The story in the DLC's are awesome as well. The gameplay feels very natural and fluid. Combat works great from fighting a single wolf to seventy-two pixies. As far as progression, finding and upgrading your gear feels rather rewarding. You can see your upgrades win combat against all enemies. There are some glitches from time to time, but that is to be expected with the scale of game. Most of the time they are unnoticeable, but there are mods on Nexus that will clean the major ones up. The graphics are stunning at Ultra or Low settings. I play 1440p on a 970 (as of this review) on Med-High settings with lighting and texture mods and average 50-70 FPS. Many areas on the map look straight out of the real world graphically. Your eyes will be pleased. I will strongly recommend this game to anyone. Now for CyberPunk 2077... or Witcher 4 in the future... please? :D

The best worst game you will ever play.

However in all serious, this the best FPS game there is. It is a pure first person shooter experience in many aspects and the Counter-Strike series have always lived up to the "raw first person shooter game" description for many years now and will continue to do so. Having over 3k hours in the game with novice esport experience all the way to messing around with friends for a good time and laughs, this is the go to competitive FPS game, period.
