If you've played the original, this is a smoother version. If not, get this version. Game is challenging but fair. Kind of slows down in the second half but still great overall.

Definitely a steal for the $10 I paid for it. The campaign, although short, is a lot of fun. The weapons feel impactful, the bosses are satisfying to defeat, and the movement mechanics are fun to use.

I know a lot of people don't care for OriginThin or whatever it's called. The only issue I had was that the game would tab back out to Windows every time I unlocked an achievement, but it wasn't too disruptive.

I want to clarify that I'm really on the border of recommending this. The game is beautiful, the combat is mostly fun, and the abilities are fun to play around with. What really cripples it is the endgame. The last 3 boss fights are horribly designed and two of them rely on what is probably the worst ability in the game due to it frequently not working how it should. Probably still a good game to get on sale though.

Challenging but fair. Lots to do here. If you're a fan of Dark Souls, you'll likely like this.
