A wonderful game that is cleverly designed to work with different players and playstyles. Whether you want to play stealthily, hyper-aggressive, pacifist or something middle of the road, the game presents you with options and toolsets for you to work with. These options also afford the game an increased longevity through replayability, unlockable items and attire and polished mechanics that make the game just downright enjoyable to play. The game is also strong thematically as the gameplay mechanics support the theming and tone the game sets out to portray allowing you to easily immerse yourself in the game. There were times where I would terrorise enemies, watch them stumble around and feel like the hidden monster from a horror film. I strongly recommend Mark of the Ninja to anyone considering it.

An absolute trainwreck of a game. The advertising screenshots paint a picture of a beautiful game, however, the picturesque environment is marred by an extremely clunky control system that makes you feel as if you're playing a First Person Perspective version of QWOP and gameplay that is so shallow and uninspired as to barely warrant the term gameplay at all. Don't waste your time or money on this. The only redeeming quality that Miasmata has is the pretty screenshots and you can get those for free here. Beyond that, you're looking at a game so completely terrible that it killed my faith in Greenlit games.
