A great start that begins to show what can be done with these new mediums, although a lot more can still be done. A few of the exhibits in particular clearly stood above the rest.

PROS:
-Amazing demonstration of the beginnings of what can be done with this new medium
-Some exhibits were amazing (One World, Chaos...something); other exhibits were no different than a digital sculpture
-The museum map is well done
-Ability to change size in the museum was a fun little touch

CONS:
-Some exhibits were just digital sculptures which don't add anything through the medium beyond looking at it (no different than the VR Museum of Fine Arts - which is a fine experience by itself, but doesn't belong in a Museum of Other Realities)
-A LOT more can be done with this. You can tell it is a very young medium.

Multiple calm environments with several basic features (create plants, change weather, day to night, etc) albeit with fairly low resolutions. Despite how simple the whole thing was, for the $3 I paid it was wroth it. $10 is a little too much though.

PROS:
-Multiple varying environments
-Several options (day/night, add plants, change weather)
-One scene with dinosaurs was particularly nice
-One scene underwater was particularly nice

NEUTRALS:
-Several generic scenes

CONS:
-The image resolutions are not that great. If this were viewed on a computer monitor, it would look like something from years ago. However, because of the low res, it runs very smoothly.

An incredibly well done tech demo of what future e-tourism will be. I'm very excited to see more of these types of experiences.

A "must-have" as part of a larger set of experiences for introducing people to VR.

Attempts to be a series of standing-room only minigames but is hampered by numerous bugs and poor performance.

PROS:
-Free
-Bunch of minigames though they are similar

CONS:
-Left and Right hand are swapped (even though they are correct in SteamVR) - I have steam index controllers
-Poor performance: The settings said "low" for RTX1080 and "high" for RTX1080x2 -- mind you this app is MADE BY NVIDIA so it should be optimized for nvidia cards. On my RTX2070 when I selected "high" it sputtered and was unplayable. On Low (on my RTX2070) it was fine but nothing special.

You're a goalkeeper. Its more of a "tech demo" and really needs the goal-size room space to play in to be effective but still a good part of a larger set of experiences for introducing people to VR.

You won't play this for more than 15-30min.

A great concept/tech demo, although the movement is extremely confusing.

Everyone that tried it with me just looked around in the first room and quit because literally none of them could understand the movement.

This is a must-have as part of a larger group of products to introduce people to VR.

The game itself is very short. This is good for people new to VR that want to see what it can do while experiencing different things. I keep this among several other "shorts" and "tech demos" to introduce first timers.

The original Duelyst was one of my favorite games ever and an easy recommend. That company went under and the assets were released. Multiple companies have recreated the game now. There are at least 2 on Steam: Duelyst 2 and Duelyst GG.

Whats the difference?
Duelyst 2 is the original Duelyst from 2016 monetized. You need to pay or play to unlock the cards. It has a "draw 2" mechanic every turn and has removed the bloodborn spells (awful changes IMO). The UI is polished just like Duelyst 1.
NOTE: Duelyst 2 has added a "legacy" mode where all cards are unlocked and the generals have their bloodborn spells. Although an infinitely superior version of the game, it is hidden and many of the cards with identical names are different making this a very confusing play experience.

Duelyst GG is the original Duelyst with expansions and NOT monetized. All cards are unlocked from the start. Generals have bloodborn spells and the usual draw 1 mechanic is in place. However, the UI is not polished.


Duelyst 2's monetization scheme makes no sense and will not work, so be wary of spending your money.....just play legacy...

A dark atmospheric shooter through a STALKER inspired wasteland based on the novels of the same name.

PROS:
-Good plot
-Tense dark levels: the developer cleverly guides the player along a well sculpted linear path.
-A reasonable amount of good first person animations further aid the atmosphere and immersion

NEUTRALS:
-The gunplay is very basic, but sufficient.
-The original lacked some basic "quality of life" features, but the redux version remedies most of those issues

CONS:
-The gameplay mechanics are barely explained. Most are self-explanatory, but a few (like the morality system which dictates the games ending) is never really explained or mentioned at all.
-Little variety to enemies or weapons
-Little to no replay value

A confused, buggy mess that completely misses everything that made the first two great.

PROS:
-Amazing music
-The last level of the game (which was similar to the previous two games).
-Metro 2033 (redux) was good, go play that instead.
-Metro Last Light (redux) was good, go play that instead.

NEUTRAL:
-Voice acting is hit or miss. Katya and her daughter are particularly bad, but several characters have problems with awkward forced (and inconsistent) accents. However, there is a ton of voice acting and some are well done.
-The "Enhanced Edition" supposedly has great graphics (if you can get it to run). I have an RTX 2070 but could not get playable FPS in enhanced edition even with all settings on low/off.

CONS:
-The plot. Metro Exodus completely abandons every plot point that was built up in the first 2 games.
-Weak map design: the majority of the game takes place outside in bright, large, and open areas - exactly the opposite of the atmosphere that made the first two games great.
-"Open world" elements are contrived and pointless. There is literally no reason to explore the world. The only thing you might find are some weapon "upgrades" (ie larger magazine, better stability barrel, etc) or generic collectables.
-You can only use 1 of each type of equipment. You will never use any of the other gear, so why bother to look for it?
-Generic meaningless collectibles: I found "audio tapes" and "postcards" - neither appears to give you anything for finding them. The postcards have no lore and I have not seen anywhere to find the list of the ones you've already collected.
-Nothing to do in the open world. There are some fuseboxes in human sections that turn out the lights...yay...
-Extremely verbose NPCs. The idea behind having lots of voice acting to give life and background to the world is wonderful - but this is a textbook example of failed execution. Various NPCs throughout the game will talk.....and talk.......and talk....... but not say anything of value. Neither adding to the lore of the game world nor to the gameplay as a player. They just say endlessly gibberish.
-No fast travel
-1 vehicle that stays where you left it (only on the Caspian level).
-BUGGY BUGGY BUGGY
--Corruption bugs: half the time when I load the game, it tells me that my file has been corrupted. This would normally worry me, but it doesn't seem to actually do anything as my save game still loads with no changes.
--AI bugs: enemies will see you through the ground/walls; being in the "dark" will make you totally invisible at times, and have absolutely no effect at other times; going the exact same route will result in different AI behavior (e.g. sometimes they see you, sometimes they dont).
--Map bugs: after spotting camps ("?" on the map) and going to one, even after looting the area, the map would not update (and continued to show a "?")
--Crashing bugs: one particular sequence on the Caspian level constantly crashed the game. I had to crouch and look directly at the ground while navigating the area to get past it.
--Car/Journal bugs: if you open your journal while in a vehicle, your head will go through the roof and you can't see out the windshield correctly anymore
