Well, I'm about ten years late to this game. I'm sure the hype behind these games has gone down a lot and I imagine a lot of you have already played the FNAF games, but if you're late to it like I am and wondering if you want to buy it, I'd recommend it. I wasn't really sure what to think on this series for the longest time and I had kind of avoided getting to it for reasons unrelated to the game or the fans or the creator, but I feel bad that I waited so long to play it now that I know what it's like, I really enjoyed the experience. There are a couple things that bothered me as far as this game goes, but I don't feel like that really changes my review by any means and I still feel like it's a game I'd absolutely recommend. With that being said, there are a couple things that bothered me which maybe is a little nitpicky, but I feel is worth a mention. One thing that bugged me while playing is just how the controls feel in this game, I would have some issues with the lights on the door sticking or accidentally pulling up the monitor which can be a little frustrating, but considering that this is a game that is ten years old, I can understand it and I don't think that takes away from the experience for me. For anyone that is really bothered by that though, just something to bear in mind. Another thing I was a little bothered with which might just be a personal preference and was easily fixable, I have to say that the jumpscares feel louder than they needed to be in my opinion. I'm sure that plenty of people might have different views on that and that's totally fine, that could be part of the enjoyment and I just don't understand it at this point. I suppose for anyone though that might be in agreement on that, there is a way you can balance out the volume better from computer settings, I found a video on youtube at some point since it was bugging me and I still wanted to be able to play the game. Overall though, it is a great game and I would recommend it. It is a rather unique horror game and it's crazy to see how popular this series has gotten over the years. I feel like a lot of the horror games I run into tend to be very similar, and it tends to get very boring and rather predictable to me. It's nice to get into one that feels different, more creative than what most people are willing to do and that I can really appreciate. I might be pretty late to the whole thing, but now I guess it's time for me to get sucked into the FNAF timeline like it seems everyone else has

I don't even know where to start with Dave the Diver, it is absolutely incredible! I really didn't expect much out of the game just based on the description. Honestly, I don't feel like the description gives it nearly enough credit because there's just so much more than you could even imagine. You start the game and they give you the big goals through the game.. you're out diving throughout the day, and then you run a sushi restaurant at night. Eventually, you start to realize there's even more that you can do within the game. There are so many side quests that you'll run to and I really enjoyed them because there's a lot more depth to the story and it was just so much fun to go through all of them. I really liked the characters and I thought that some of them wouldn't come back, and they did and there's just a lot to their stories and I became really attached to the characters. Later in the game, a lot more options open up and they give you so much freewill to do whatever you want basically. You can even go out and dive at night and find even more creatures, and that was a lot of fun seeing all of them and catching them as well as collecting them. There's also an app introduced to Dave's phone which is very similar to the Pokedex and you can keep track of all the creatures you find in the game which made it much more fun to collect them. You eventually run into the sea people throughout the game which really just opens up so many more possibilities. There's more characters, quests, even more story, some minigames, there's even a farm to maintain in their village for even more ingredients for the sushi restaurant. Oh, and there's also a farm above land later as well with more crops and some chickens. There are so many things to work on whether it's improving gear, improving recipes, leveling up staff, decorating the restaurant, working on the farms and expanding them, there's also a dock opened up later to put captures creatures and eggs into to breed and get more fish and you can expand those as well. I could go on about so many little things about the game that I really loved about it, but at this point I'm just going to try and sum it up at least with my opinion on it. For me, it reminded me a lot of Stardew Valley and the enjoyment for this game is just as strong and everytime I thought that I was running out of things to do, there was more stuff being introduced that was just as fun and just made me want to play even more. With that being said, this game is it's own unique experience and I totally understand why this game is loved so much. There's definitely inspiration from lots of other games or series, but they bring in those ideas and somehow find a way to give their own unique spin on it, but it also just really seems to fit with the game and what they were trying to accomplish with it. Oh, and for any cat lovers out there, you eventually bring in a cat into the restaurant that you get to feed and bond with throughout the game which I really liked as well. There are so many things to love about this game and I don't know if there will be any sort of sequel to the game or anything like that.. but if there is anything like that planned for the future, I am all in for it. If you are looking at this game and debating if it's worth the money or if you'll like it, absolutely give it a chance, it's worth it at full price and absolutely a steal on sales! I hope that this review doesn't come off as too much of a spoiler for the game, I'm just really excited about it and I only hope to help those who do take a look at the game and if you're like me where I tend to get into the reviews to see if it's worth it, and maybe I find something from a review that convinces me to buy it. Honestly, I'll probably be playing the game even more after beating the story or maybe even start over again, this is one of my favorite games that I can think of on steam for sure!

This is by far one of best games that I have played in quite a while. It's been a while since I've been able to sit down, get into a game and want to stay up and game for as long as I possibly can. It is so much fun and I'm most definitely going to start another character and play it all over again. I have just one complaint about the game...

Where is my happy ending for Karlach? I want to help her fix her engine and I want to get her a deserved happy ending! She's already gone through way too much :'(

In all seriousness, I really do enjoy the game and for anyone looking to buy it, I'd definitely give it a chance. Also if you have already played through it and want something similar of one of their games, Divinity Original Sin 2 was really good as well. I haven't beaten it yet, but I did get really close so I think I will go back sometime and actually finish the game.

One of my favorite games I have played over the years. I'll play it for quite a while at a time, take a break then come back and find I love the game just as much as I started and wonder why I quit playing. I feel like the game has also just gotten a lot better with each update and it's nice to see that there's more games coming out for Deep Rock Galactic as well, I'm excited for that. The gameplay is fun and very relaxing and I like that you can select what kind of difficulty you want before you depart on missions. There's also the deep dives which I don't remember as well, but that adds some more content to the game like modifications on guns or just cosmetics for characters which are nice to have. I don't know how this is for others, but I personally very rarely run into people in a session that is like genuinely toxic. There are some that are toxic, but most of the time I find people that are very nice and fun to game with. If you haven't bought this game already, I would absolutely consider it. It was such a unique experience at least for me at the time I first played it and it honestly still does feel unique in it's own way. 10/10 game for me. Rock and Stone!

I already have so many hours put into the game, and I still have yet to actually complete a save. I have had so much fun with Stardew Valley! There's just so much to do in the game, and yet it doesn't usually feel stressful for me unless I'm just having a really crappy day. It's just so relaxing.. you're taking care of your crops, upgrading your farm, taking care of your animals, and even finding even more places to explore after you get later into the game! I absolutely recommend this game for anybody looking to buy it or just anyone willing to give it a chance. I can't wait for Haunted Chocolatier to come out and try that as well :)

I loved this game so much! I remember playing the demo for the game when it first came out and first became interested by the cute and cozy art style. I figured it would just be a simple and nice cozy game at first to relax with right? But I was so wrong! I don't want to spoil anything for any potential new players, but there is a point in the story towards the beginning where you start to realize where the story is really going and what it's really about, and there is just so much more than you think when you first look at this game! It might not have a whole bunch of content like some games I've played, but that's totally fine to. Sometimes you just want a shorter story game like this to just sit back and see how things play out. Beacon Pines is just so unique and so interesting, I feel like this game deserves so much more attention than it has now! For anyone that is looking at this game and wondering if you should play it, I hope you'll give it a chance like I did. I loved every minute of it.

Well, I have a lot that I'd like to go into about this game, but I will start this review off by saying that I do recommend the game for anyone that's looking to play it. One thing to keep in mind while reading this review, I just finished the game once as Hufflepuff, so all the information I can give is based on that playthrough. I really liked that as the character, you actually got to play through the classes and actually feel like you're more immersed in the classes. I remember making potions in potion class and putting things in and getting prompts to mix ingredients in, being able to fly around Hogwarts with your broomstick and going through loops to go faster, going through beasts class and taking care of the creatures there and wishing I could come back and take care of them. I noticed after the first class or so that when you did go back to classes again after introductions, they just go through a cutscene and you see some clips of the class for maybe 30 seconds before you talk to the professor again. I don't know if that was done for every school overall, but I would've loved to have more to do with the classes overall. I also noticed during my story quest that the quest was level 24 and I was level 27, but I was getting enemies that were level 30 for some reason? I'm still not sure why that happened, it doesn't even make sense if I just assumed it was based on a level scale. I did love going around and collecting beasts to take care of in the room of requirement, I spent a lot of time looking around for them and breeding them to bring some more in there. I kinda wish that I could've gotten another Phoenix, but they are supposed to be rare so I can understand why you wouldn't be able to find another one.. snidgets would've been nice to. It was nice to at least go around and gather materials to make potions, I didn't use them as much in my game, but it was nice to have. Being able to upgrade gear was nice and putting things into the gear to improve certain spells or defense against certain enemies was really nice to have. I know a lot of people didn't enjoy combat as much, but I think it was pretty nice. The Ancient magic was a nice idea and it was fun for what we had, I kinda wish they expanded more on that idea though. I still have to go back and complete the OWLS and finish out the school year and all that yet, but I'm happy with the game so far with what I've completed. It would be nice if they eventually added more to this game or added a sequel or something in the future. I realize my expectations were kinda high with Hogwarts Legacy, so a lot of this could be considered to be rather picky, but I felt like it's stuff I wanted to share since it was a game I loved so much. I'd like to see this series go for a while if it can, and I imagine that reviews could help with that :)

I loved this game. I didn't know really anything about SCPs before getting into this game but every single one of them in the game had a decent amount of story and they really pulled me in. From what I've heard and seen, it sounds like there is dlc in the works right now and I'd love to see how that turns out, I really hope there's more to come with this game.

What a great game. So many choices to make and there's a lot of different routes to take and it really feels like your choices matter overall. One slight issue I have is with the conversations where you choose a certain option and they don't really describe much about the choice since it's just one word to go off of which isn't really bad but it can be tough to just make that choice based on one word and sometimes you don't really know what the character is actually going to say with that choice. Overall though, it was a great game and the voice acting was good and visuals are amazing and with most games it sucks when you get blocked off from certain areas but it makes sense in this game because the androids have their set path and it's not in their program so it's not like they would normally take a different path. I think I'll find myself coming back to this every so often just to get different endings and to play through it all again but for now I'm happy with what I got.

Definitely not what I was hoping for when I got this copy of the game. I'll start this off by saying that I do love both Life is Strange and Life is Strange:Before the Storm. I looked into this game again hoping to give it a benefit of the doubt but even now with the fixes over the past few months, I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't know anything about either one of the games beforehand. If you want to get into these games and learn more, I would encourage you to look at the original versions at this point and maybe they'll fix the remasters in time but I feel like it'll take a while to get there. There has been some progress over the past few months when I first tried to play it.. lighting and shading did seem better in a lot of areas where it originally struggled and the main characters do look much better compared to the original game. The issue is there are still times where shading and lighting is really bad and there were a few times that my game would just bug out and I got a white screen or the title screen image but the game would still play in the background and the characters were still talking and I couldn't see anything going on. This bit isn't as important/isn't something I would prioritize but like I said before, they only seem to have touched things up with main characters and the background and areas you get into pretty much look the same as the original which ruins the experience of the remaster quite a bit. I'm really hoping somewhere along the line that it will be fixed and people who are new to the story will be able to play without issues because I do love both games and they always sit as one of my favorite series and just games in general but until it does get fixed, please do not get this version of the game if you're new to the story and want to know what's going on. I'm hoping at some point things will be better and I can change my review but idk, it's hard for me to want to explore it again given how my experience was with it first time and even trying after.
