Half baked, poorly made garbage they couldn't help but make worse by yet again trying to hamfistedly shove paid mods down our throats.

EDIT: Not to mention, made my PC freeze and hard reboot three separate times! And my rig is no slouch either- Nor does it have issues in any other games. Good lord, are you kidding me? $70 for THIS?

Then they stick you in a garbage default AC and throw a boss at your face which hovers OUTSIDE THE ARENA in mission 1, when your only way to do actual damage is by... Melee and staggering. Like Sekiro.

After thinking a few things over, I wanted to add the following. I am an AC vet. I've beaten FA and V multiple times, and this just doesn't feel like AC anymore. I don't come to armored core for big bosses with huge healthbars. No one played FA for the arms forts.

We played it for the duels. The one on one fights between you and greats like White Glint and Nineball. Fights where the enemy played by the same rules as you, had access to the same things you did- Not just a too-large HP bar and shoehorned mechanics.

Armored core didn't need a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stagger bar, FROM. This isn't AC, and this series isn't for me anymore. So long, old friend.

When they finish their game and change the horrendously predatory MTX store (Thanks Tencent! I hope you burn in the fires of revolution) I will change my review.

I will change this back to a positive review when you rescind your plans to add microtransactions to this title.

When you give me back the content that I PAID SIXTY DOLLARS FOR and quit it with this "vault" garbage I will play this game again, until then it stays in the trash bin where it and all the rest of the anti-consumer crap belongs.
