Now that you're required to have a Playstation account, this game has now taken a HUGE turn for the worse. In the end, STAY AWAY from this crap. Sony screwing the gaming community like they do constantly....and ruining anything that was good.

The game suffers from very poor support, and often disconnects.
Why is this a problem? Well, if you disconnect in the middle of a drop, you lose everything except what is in your safe bag (which is very limited). When you're just starting out, this kills any prospect of actually progressing in the game.
I have yet to actually play long enough to get extracted, that's how frequent the disconnections are.

Truth be told, until they fix that disconnection issue with the servers....this game is pretty poor.

I should note, playing any other multipler game online doesn't suffer from this issue. Which tells me that it's game specific.

EDIT: After playing for around 50 hours or so, it's still very meh.
My laptop seems to run it just fine, no issues. My desktop? Nah, it crashes to the desktop frequently.
Decent game, but the fact that this game is less stable than most ALPHA games I've played, pretty pointless in continuing to play. They really need to fix the crashing issues before pushing for more content and such.

EDIT 2 5/11/2023 - So it wants me to disable Windows security features to install Battleye. No. That's not how this works. If I need to disable security features in order to install some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ anti-cheat that wasn't done properly to begin with. Simply put, #dobetter rather than #beshitty.

Love the overall game. Lots of fun, just as a dungeon crawler.

Great Survival game with an actual plot.
Could use some better building mechanics, but overall a great start.
