It'll piss you off, lag like hell and make you lose precious sleep on a work day - but when you get the dinner, it's all worth it.

Don't listen to the aimless peeps of horrid misfortune. Battalion 1944 is a blast from the past that I really hope is here to stay. It really does stick close to it's bare-bone roots and provides a very pure experience.

Upon first time playing the game I did run into an issue where metallic maps were broken. However upon a quick verification check in steam, all was good and fixed.

It plays good and runs great, so if you loved Cod2 multiplayer; what are you waiting for? Come on down to get your ass whooped and have a blast!

It's the most smart, unpredictable and completely brutal AI I've ever seen... and it's out to kill you.

10 out of 10, you probably are gonna wet yourself a little.

Hands down one of the best games I've ever played, and it really does battle for first if not the best in my book. Note to fans of classic B1 gameplay: As they may a bit disappointed with a lot of gameplay changes. Core gameplay (while still remaining) has changed a lot and taken on different "colors" in a matter of speaking.

There is much to be had in both story and characters, (and if you aren't sore about gameplay changes) the gameplay offers a good range of varried tactics, weapons/vigors and locations to keep it both interesting and entertaining.

The DLC offers a wide playing field of either more story campaign, or wave based arenas for the die hard shooter. It's both a thrill ride and a mind boggler, that I'd recommend to anyone. So go ahead, but be prepared for taking the epic road of awesomness!
