So basically you are a potato smith in a potato universe. You are taking over for your deceased grandfather, who was a great potato smith. You get to name your smith, and I being the creative person I am (sarcasm) named him potato. You own his 0.01% of the weapon shop. Agent supposedly owns the other 99.9% and he claims that your grandfather and he had made this deal. The following may be a spoiler: Agent seems reluctant to talk about himself, your grandfather, and the past. I haven’t finished the game yet but I’m suspicious of agent.

So anyway, your mission is to craft many weapons to sell to heroes around the universe. Each hero has a preference of the type of weapon and what stats he likes. There are four stats: attack, speed, accuracy, and magic. You can also research new weapons and that gives you the ability to craft that weapon. Once you move onto the next universe, you cannot research weapons in the previous universe, so I suggest you research all of them before moving on.
In the beginning, you start off with 3 employees. Later on you gain/hire more. The staff can gain experience for crafting, selling, and exploring and level up. Each member can boost a skill that they are assigned to. Once they reach max level, they won’t gain xp anymore and you have the option of changing their skill (attack, speed, accuracy, or magic).
The story line is really interesting and enjoying. The dialog is great. You know how some games you want to skip the dialog? This isn’t one of them. I really love all the puns and music references. I also love the characters’ personality. There are trivia and random events that keep the game engaging.

I think this game would make a good mobile game. It’s the kind of game I’d like to play on the go. If it were available for mobile or some other handheld device, I’ll get it right away.

The graphics are wonderful and clean. I love looking at it. And the colors are perfect. Not too bright or dark. I don’t know how to explain it but the graphics, colors, and game play are seriously wonderful.

I did have some trouble with lag and freezing, usually when I change areas (ie from shop to map) HOWEVER I’m not sure if it’s from the game itself or from my computer. And I’m really suspecting it’s from my end but I’m not 100% sure. But this doesn’t hinder the game or make it unplayable, and it sure isn’t a brother (not like dota lag/freeze). You can easily ignore it – it isn’t annoying or a pain.

In summary,

Graphics 10/10
Color 10/10
Story 10/10
Game play 10/10

If you love potatoes, puns, and making things this game is for you. Actually you should just get/try this game anyway lol. It’s really fun and addicting. I can play for a while without noticing the time go by. Especially since I have to have everything perfect and to completion, like researching all the weapons and getting every hero to max level before moving to the next universe.

It really looks like a lot of hard work has been put into this game.

Anyway, overall I give this game 10/10
