Cool concept, design, and atmosphere. The freedom of being able to pass levels in your way is the main fun of the game though the developer takes this away from you in later levels. It's almost like the developer just learned that he can make "Halls" and put them everywhere.

Levels like Urban Jungle, Neo, Try Harder, and One More Time are an example of these, constantly dying and trying to get the "intended" way is just annoying and kills the fun.
