Absolutely worth it for me.

Here's what you get:
-8 new operators automatically unlocked, available 1 week before everyone else (read below for details).
-6 skins, once released.
-Permanent 5% boost in renown (various sources it is stated as being a permanent boost).
-2 extra daily challenges.
-600 R6 Credits.

Now, about the operators: The 8 post-launch operators will be released two at a time, quarterly. Each of these post-launch operators will cost 25,000 renown, projected to be an average of about 25 hours of in-game time to earn, or about $5 of R6 credits. That is a total of either 200 hours of gametime, or $40. With the Season Pass, you automatically unlock all of the 8 post-release operators without paying renown 1 week before the non-passholders can even purchase them. $30 (or $22.39 on sale, in my case) is absolutely worth it to me to avoid the need to grind for that many hours, in addition to the other nice smaller perks.
