This game is metal as hell. Everybody talks about how hard it is, but that's BS. It certainly goes hard but plenty of characters are easy to pick up. Sure you won't be playing optimally, you don't be doing insane 15 minute long combos like some of the crazy good players... but you don't have to!

I have a ton of fun with my little 4 button combo, and have slowly layered more complicated stuff over time. There are plenty of other scrubs like me in the lobbies and we bash into each other and improve together. Sometimes I get completely blown out by someone with way more experience, but even then I get a lot of practice with my defensive options.

Just remember, you don't have to be able to use every tool in the box as a beginner. Just jump in and have some fun. Don't worry about winning, just ROCK

Only downside is that Bridget never came back in any of the DLC. 2/10 No Bridget.
