It seems a puzzle at first, then it gets you with a twist, then you become scared of it, but finally, when you accept it, it gives you kind words which I didn't expect. Honestly, After all the puzzles, the cathartical experience that I had at the end of the game made me feel blessed. I'd recommend this to literally anyone and everyone. This game deserves so much more recognition.

Now, I know most reviews are going to be Negative so let's get some stuff out of the way:
1. Is the game buggy? - Yes
2. Does it feel raw at times? - Yes
3. Are those factors really annoying? - Also Yes.

However is it a fun time? - You bet your ass it is.

I have been a battlefield veteran since 1942 and the last few titles 1 and 5 were fun, but not really my cup of tea. Battlefield 2, 3 and 4 is where it was at for me. Squadding with friends, modern warfare and none of that silly Call of Duty mumbo jumbo, no quick scoping, no running around killing everyone with op weapons, just fun modern warfare.

Now yes the new Battlefield has a lot of new features that people don't like, but come on, they have to adapt to the market.
" EW, I don't like sliding, it feels like COD" - Well, the maps are huge and sliding is a pretty fun way to traverse them along with the new sprint. Moreover having played too much warzone and Apex recently, it just feels right for it to be in the game, otherwise it wouldn't fair.
"Ew, this is not my favourite mil-sim, DISLIIIKE BUTTON" - Well yes and no. It's not the same as Battlefield 4, as it's come a long way, but what fun would it be to keep playing the same game over and over again? (We all know how literally the last 3 cod titles are the same stuff in a different wrapper. But it's still got that BF feel to it, the weapons, maps, transport, it all might be different, but it feels like home, ESPECIALLY the PORTAL stuff where you go back to your BF3 and 2 days !

So my final verdict is - 8/10. It's a fun game and I hope the majority of the bugs will get fixed, but nonetheless I really like this fun take on it. It might not be 3 it might not be as cool as 4, but for what it is, it's a Battlefield game and I like it for it
