Hotline Miami 2 is part of the "Perfect Sequel" category of games. It really expands on the first one with a lot of added elements and an expanded story.

They went with bigger arenas, the game is more focused towards gunplay. There are a lot of different storylines that meet and intertwine with each other. Overall if you enjoyed the first game this is really a treat. There is even a level editor so you can create, share and play other people's levels.

For achievement hunter the game will push you to be your best but nothing is really impossible. The only pain is grinding the 50 000 kills but there are ways to speed it up.

Overall I would strongly recommand !

This game was clearly robbed from GOTY 2023. It's so good I played 40 hours in 25 days and even with 100% completion I can't get enough of this game.

It's a great sequel to a great game. The new towers in this game synergize with each other, which gives a satisfying way to create new strategies. It's a bit harder than the original, even on the easier difficulties. The new hero system works quite well. Overall, this is a great game that I would recommend to those who wish to continue on their Kingdom Rush journey.

Kingdom Rush is the best way to get into the Tower Defense genre. It's fun, has a lot of different strategies available, the bestiary is varied just like the map layouts and the end game provides a great challenge for those interested.

Finally Finished all puzzles!

The app is a great way to get into chess sudoku. The only downside is that all modes are separated so no knight+king variant but still great fun nonetheless.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 is a very good game in all its aspects : story, music, Majima ect...

The combat this time around isn't really shadowed by an op technique you can spam (unlike heat actions/beast mode in 0 and tiger drop in Kiwami). The weapons are probably the most op thing in there, but they are encouraged and so it feels less like cheesing the game.

As for completion, it feels balanced : it's like yakuza Kiwami but without the money farming, which makes you feel like you are actually making progress. (+ you get to play dress up and spend some time with Majima so win win).

So if you like the Yakuza franchise this game is for you !

This is a fine game, a lot of the new elements are fun to play with, I haven't done a serious playthrough of the game yet, but I reckon that I'll need to find all secrets and learn how to use gadgets properly.

Edit : I have now finished a serious playthrough so here are a few elements to add :
-Some gadgets are overpowered (as in they can skip entire arenas) but at the same time they are necessary (you never have enough L.I.F.E even when you do)
-Secrets where you need to plateform are really annoying
-Time bonus takes away points and I really don't like that plus, it seems that the recommanded amount of time does not to take into account sidequests
-No leaderboards so can't showoff my score ;(

You don't usually play these games for the story, but I did find the characters likable and full of personality, though since this is a prequel the fate of some of them is quite predictable.

Took me about 13 hours to 100% (Did not expect it to be so quick but the appeal of SS is the replayability).

Overall not my favorite serious sam game but the formula is modernised and it works for me.

I quite like small puzzle games so i've played quite a few and I have to say it's one of the best out there !

You'd think the idea of summing things up to 42 would get repetitive after a while, but they somehow kept it interesting the whole way through.

3.5 hours to complete so not that short for a puzzle game !

I got pretty good at sudoku with this game, completed all 100 puzzles !

The puzzles are great, but the biggest downside is that if you miss click and accidentally put a wrong number, the game automatically tells you that you are wrong so you can spoil yourself a puzzle by accident...
