Man. I don't even know where to begin. I am 24 years old. Ever since I was a kid, the original Halos have always been near and dear to me, number one. Never did I think another game would dethrone my childhood nostalgia game. Mass Effect came so very close. However, I can now officially say that Baldur's Gate 3 has become my favorite game of all time. I share the sentiment that the ending needs to be fleshed out, and it will be, but even with that, the game is a 10/10. Quite literally, it is a masterpiece. I cried, laughed, and silently cheered during this game—all from my computer chair. Larian has given me hope that games can return to the greatness they once were so many years ago. And even if they don't, I will always have Baldur's Gate 3.
