Another abysmal disappointment from the team over at EA; I should have known better. Worked fine for the first few hours, but now the game just closes after being open for 3 - 4 minutes, or after loading in and trying to have my sim do (literally) anything at all... Utter trash. What a shame. A 25-year-old game that has been re-released specifically to run better on modern machines shouldn't have any problems at all, yet it's absolutely unplayable.

I'd like to add that there have been two patches pushed out since the game was released. (game was working fine before second patch)

I would play this game if I had anything I was supposed to have kept from all the time I sunk into the beta....that they said would carry over after the release I feel like I waited 3 years for... Not sure how they expect me to spend $50+ on things I've already acquired.; seems pretty silly to me. I'll pass on this one.

Game kind of sucks... Lots of back-to-back/ass-to-ass running around in circles, unable to hit each other. Lots and lots of inconsistencies. Clunky garbage for me so far. Will update if I'm just missing something...but so far, it's just funny to watch people try and fight each other. Not at all fun to play.

I used to like this game a lot, but they've ripped it from my library, and I have to spend $3 to get it back..? That's gay as hell, but doesn't change the fact this is a fantastic series.

Spidey-Man is coolest hero.

This game precedes its reputation in the best possible way.

*Editing to add that I was permanently banned after sharing this review. I only want to include this news as a preface -- just so everyone can have an even clearer understanding of what an unbelievably childish team is in charge of this game.*

I have over 200 hours played on my Oculus account; however, I think everyone will benefit from this horrifyingly honest review, so I'm leaving it here, too...

Complaint #1: Terrible RNG; every hand is a straight or flush, or better. (not exaggerating)

Complaint #2: Devs/mods swing their ban-hammers like blindfolded toddlers trying to hit a pinata that's hanging too high.

Complaint #3: The community sucks..! They're all victims that congregate in one big, laughably ridiculous clique on discord.

Complaint #4: They're even worse poker players that make the game more of a bad-beat simulator than enjoyable poker. Thanks to the incredible number of idiot callers just trying to fill a bingo card, droning on about the injustices being done to them, the game's atmosphere is more like a nursing home cafeteria than a poker table.

(Complaint #4 only pertains to 80 - 90% of the tables you'd sit at if you chose to play this game)
Suggestion: Don't play this game.

I've never had a bad time playing this game. It's always a ton of fun when I'm trying to pass an hour or two. Two thumbs up!
