Game is not developed enough yet. The campaign comes with no instructions and is extremely difficult to understand even in easier difficulty modes. The AI makes it difficult to get very far especially when all the buildings get destroyed or rioting. Definitely needs a lot more work.

With the constanting crashing and having to revert back to saves from several hours ago, I am sorely disappointed in this game. Nothing worse than a game that doesn't keep your save up to speed thoroughly pisses with this flaw.
