Game-Breaking BUG

I was enjoying the game until the lighthouse scene, whereupon it kept crashing. Googling "Metro Exodus lighthouse crash" revealed that this has been around since the game was released, and many, many people experience it. There are some ideas and suggestions, but some people never do advance past this point. I am one of them.

This game has had a crash bug partway through the game for YEARS and the company has never fixed it - not even TRIED to fix it, to my knowledge. I cannot recommend a game with such an egregious crash bug.
