As someone who can look past performance issues as long as i can still comfortably play the game, i wholeheartedly would recommend this game as one of the best single player experiences of my life.

The Lore is outlandishly outstanding. The Map beautiful and breathtaking with some of the best visual vistas i havent seen since The Witcher 3. The Bosses are there to kick your ass and call your mom for some private time, making the payout of claiming victory all the sweeter. The weapons are awesome, even if some lightning based legendary weapons are all dexterity based instead of faith which is honestly very strange and disappointing for Faith builds.

The cons, of which there are many, can be glaring to some. There are people that will refuse to look at an amazing game simply because it has moments under 60fps. You cannot ride a horse with multiplayer essentially crippling the game in return for coop play. You cannot move into dungeons or forts without going back to your own world then traveling there, then resummoning. Its a tedious and frustrating process that has my best friend refusing to play with me. I'm 4 play through's in, singleplayer only. Unlike previous games, From needs to actually adjust their multiplayer this time around or players like me will continue to struggle to find enjoyment when i can only ever play alone.

All in all this game is a highly recommended singleplayer experience, with a highly dissatisfying multiplayer experience. If you're looking to play it, enjoy the game, not the frames. If you're looking to play with friends, pray that FromSoftware decides to make actual changes to their game structure in order to make it a smoother experience.
