I honestly don't know what to say about this game. I almost 100% it due to sheer boredom from the holidays because of the pandemic so I'mma actually just write this review of my experience.

The game is extremely buggy but not enough to the point where it is unplayable or annoying. My biggest gripe with the game is the lack of variety or content in the game. If you wanted a decent or good RPG I would not recommend this game. This game is not an RPG but it tries to deceive you into thinking you are playing one. The story is very engaging but extremely linear. None of the dialouge or decisions you make before the final ACT actually matter or have any significance upon the story. The side missions don't change anything about the world, story, or even your character besides the romance options (they change 2 endings very very very slightly). The AI is atrocious and cops spawn behind you when you do a "crime" but they won't chase you. Factions don't exist, gangs are just random enemies that you can kill but actually doesn't do anything besides level up a barrier that only exists to stop you from buying the best stuff in the game. Customization options don't exist past the character creator (you can't get a haircut, color your car, customize clothing or your apartment). The game itself felt extremely empty because of how little you can do or affect the world.
I did enjoy the story and the OST was absolutely amazing. The music team definitely deserve a raise and applaud. I would honestly wait a year or whenever they decide to add some content into the game. The game feels very empty and the AI is atrocious if not non-existant. I would give the game a 6/10. Dissapointing but not awful


TL;DR Not a RPG, just a action-adventure story game pretending to be an RPG, classes don't exist and origin choosing doesn't affect anything. Very linear story with linear decision making. Gameplay and shooting is alright but nothing new or crazy good. Wait a year or more until they actually add content into the game. The only reason this game is worth 60$ (it's not) is the graphics and music.

Despite the issues surrounding the game, when the SFV CE is on sale it's quite the blast. It's very fun and not too difficult for new players and feels amazing being able to pull of combos. The game has issues like netcode and lag being bad even when the connection is decent. In fact some characters are just massively annoying to fight online due to the immense lag. Despite all of this the roster does feel very balanced with no character feeling immensely strong which is amazing. Could easily rank up with any character you like, If it's on sale def get this game
