A very well done throwback to the classic Survival Horror formula. Limited saves, supply management, complex puzzles, fixed camera angles and a good amount of backtracking.

The story is very cliché and treads the line between Silent Hill and Resident Evil while lacking the humor and authenticity of the latter or the deep psychological horror of the former. It's VERY derivative and lacks personality.

Totally worth it for the gameplay, just don't expect to be blown away.

I was enjoying the game... Until it went full Dragon Ball Z.

Places where it could've been interesting it became totally predictable. A lot o' clichés are there:
☑ Incarcerated psycopath that sounds just like Hannibal
☑ Police ma'am falling in love with an aparently sensible murderer
☑ Some special girl related to some whatever prophecy
☑ Some special boy irradiated with some whatever substance unlocks whatever powers
☑ Protagonist being a pawn to an obvious evil plot he's totally unaware of
☑ "AI's gonna conquer the world" subplot
☑☑☑ Lots of murderous furniture

This one is great! It's in constant improvement to enhance the already very fluid workflow. Also, the support is great and more languages are being added to it every update. Totally worth the price.

This game is a damn good run n' gunner dat would make Contra proud! The art style, controls, the MUSIC! All of it is so impressive.
A game for those who likes to ~try~ to beat a boss 'till you understand all of his attack algorithms... It can be too hard for the today's average player but, in reality, it's just perfect for those aquainted with Run n gunners in general. A huge bath of nostalgia is what you feel in each minute played. Worth every penny!

Welcome to Greenvale.

A FBI agent goes to the countryside to investigate the murder of a young lady (It ain't Agent Cooper, but it could be) then, he finds out that the case in question has more to do with his previous ones and even his personal life.

The story is just beautiful. The construction of characters psyche and side-stories are wonderful and you just can feel the personality of each one of them (and there are many). If you like psychology, it's just for you.

Nothing like go out on a ride talking to your "imaginary" friend (who is, on the most part, you, the player) about punk rock and 80's b-movies, while you laugh at each reference ("There's a friend of mine whose hair turned out white from night to day 'cause of stress.").

Each plot-twist, each victim, each new discovery just makes you go deeper into the story, making the game grow inside of you.

There's the outdated graphics, the poor gameplay (on most part), the annoying fatal crashs and bad animation but, the game's got so much style and the story is just so fu**ing great that you just really don't mind the problems... (and there's so many, oh boy...) and you just wanna keep playing, curious about what's going to happen next...

Just a tip: install dpfix, backup your savegames, if there's a crash on some scene, put the game on compatibility with Windows XP and please...
Don't let these problems ruin your experience 'cause, it's worth it

A nice FPS for those who likes old-school shooters, straight to the point. Bullet rains followed by simple physics puzzles and clumsy jokes at all times. Just damn fun as hell!
