The game is missing things that were done in the past. And also fails incredibly in others.
- Random backfiring. On older games, the backfire would go off when you upshifted or released the throttle. Not anymore. The car simply randomnly backfires.
- Poor car/ turbo noises. The older games didnt had the best sounding cars, but you could hear the turbine filling up and the whistle was magnificent. Now its simply horrible. Not to mention that if you use hood cam, the engine noise appears different, and it sounds awful from the chase camera.
Well, there are many other problems with this game, but you can just read others reviews or see the comments on the most recent update log. I was really excited for this game, as I am a fan of the franchise, but I think that it was all nostalgia.
