absolutely amazing, hidden gem among countless mobile games and big time steam titles

so here's the rundown: I'm in a corner of the galaxy loudly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as a fanatic materialist who has a megastructure in most of my systems and turning every planet I own into gaia worlds and genetically perfecting my people, a hivemind is busy dying constantly to the galactic north and screeching about great briton colonizing them and about how if things went their way we'd all be assimilated by now, another guy is turning his people into robots and vassalizing everyone he can if not annexing them, a player in the galactic south entire's economy crashed and is in the space great depression well into the red on literally everything, and the last two guys are busying fighting the khans after their failed conquest of the galaxy and forming federations. 10/10 never had such an amazing stellaris game before then.

This game is so good, when I finished the entire campaign after receiving it free on the epic games store, I bought the full game and all the DLC on steam!

a game you might never have expected to be powered by unity

my hours are rookie numbers compared to some other players in the game. Arma will take up ALOT of your time if you pick it up and start playing, this game is alot of fun and has plenty of replayability!

I like this game for it's simplicity and unit system. in hardcore mode, you take realistic damage from weapons, cover can be penetrated if weak enough, and you can pin down AI with heavy fire. I also enjoy playing against my friends in the custom game modes. the armor penetration is also spot on, and makes for some rather fun tank combat. waiting for the next offensive, only to find out they saved up to buy a tank. dragging troops behind lines so the medic can heal them. rearming and looting equipment. love this game, a modern successor to men of war.

10/10 attempted running planetside 2 on a laptop at minimal settings. I now need a new laptop.
