As I say this in their spite:

Workouts are good when persistent.
Pirates of all kinds and sorts,
Their drinking being consistent,
Do not like sports, do not like sports.
Sports, good outcomes, and resilience,
With sober judgement daylong:
Let them all stand in their brilliance
And sing along.
