I remember when this game came out, and everyone was saying it was the greatest let down of the decade. Well, that was almost a decade ago, and I gotta tell ya...The updates they did for this game made it amazing. I'm almost 100 hours in and I'm having a blast.

Favorite game in the series. Ivalice is the most fleshed out and interesting world the franchise has ever created, and its a shame they don't explore it more.

The Gambit system is really cool and makes this game play incredibly smooth. 10/10 Cannot recommend it highly enough.

I don't even know where to begin with this game. Graphics? Pretty good. Story? Excellent. Voice acting? Phenomenal. Gameplay? Great. Characters? Compelling. Daddies and Mommies? Plentiful.

This is probably the best translation of a TTRPG into a video game I've ever played. I've been playing DnD since 3.5e, and this is the first video game that I've played that has nailed it. I have over 300 hours of gameplay and still haven't beaten the game because I find myself going back and making new characters just to explore different dialogue and story options. I need the gaming equivalent of a methadone clinic to kick that nerdy habit.

Also I made a black metal, nudist, gnome warlock. And that ♥♥♥♥♥ funny as hell. 10/10

Early Access Review
PROS: Scary as s**t! I'm a grown man and this game had me jumping like a chump.

CONS: Having to hold down V to talk.
