Honestly I don't know where to begin, it's just a huge mess so I'll break it down into pros and cons to make it simple.

Pros :
- Fresh, interesting combat system.
- Many heroes and quite a few ways to play different heroes.
- Somewhat interesting story.
- Many different customizations of each hero (If you unlocked them)

Con :
- Critical Errors / Failed Connection issues (I have a custom built computer with a connected router, yet it does this)
- Bad matchmaking system (It places low-level or trying a new hero up against higher levels with skill)
- Takes a while to even get into a game.
- P2P (Peer-2-Peer)
- The NAT issue (I have yellow NAT and is perfectly fine on SOME days.)
- Takes patches to even fix heroes and gears? Describes how broken the game is already.
- Some heroes are mega-hard to counter ( I am not a bad player, I have multiple rep heroes)
- Story requires to be online?
- "Data receiving" ("Gives you" rewards later but it never does, not helping if you got bad connections.)
