The game had a greedy and buggy start, but it’s good to see noticeable improvements. I’m back to loving me some BB.

One of the best games I’ve played in years. The difficulty is ratcheted up, and if you’re like me and play an iron man style, it can be challenging. I restarted my first 4-5 campaigns after getting off to rough starts, but my last one was fantastic!

I love all customization, the different armours, weapons, and play styles. No one does better turn based strategy games than Firaxis.

I just abandoned my first play through of this game due to this DLC. The mission that unleashes the 3 kings popped up rather early in my campaign, so not knowing any better I unknowingly activated them, and at first it was challenging and fun, but after losing so many squad members. And many others seemingly constantly shaken with 0 will the game became frustrating. After my last mission, I only had 3 surviving squad mates aboard the Avenger; the rest had died in the field (one captured). At this point it was time to restart my play through, as playing with severe handicaps just wasn’t fun anymore. In my second play through I’ll reactivate the kings for the experience, but that will be more mid/late game were they really should be introduced.

This was a fantastic ending to and incredible journey. If you’re a fan of either the Walking Dead or griping stories where you guide the story along, this is a highly recommended game series to play ... Truly remarkable.
