Hey. I was looking for a solution for my friend buying Heavensward on Steam. I saw that you made a thread a few months ago and you're in the same situation as he is. I bought the game on Steam and gave him the key that came with it, so can he just buy Heavensward on Steam, or will he have to buy the base game as well before he can get the steam key? Yeah, normally. But with the limited range of a fist and online lag... you're bound to trade hits sooner or later. And dying in 3 hits is less than ideal.

Fair enough. Upgrades won't really help, unless it's the weapon - I'm all unupgraded, sl18, only +10 longsword :P

Just commenting on a closed thread from a few months ago. ( https://steamproxy.com/groups/SteamClientBeta/discussions/1/35221584345917677/#p2 ) My entire household is now experiencing these issues without any adblocking whatsoever. In addition, I can chat on steam and access it online. I cannot access anything but chat, including my games. I repeat, I cannot launch my games in 'online' mode. An 'unknown error' occurs when I try to launch, and error 105 consistently through overlay.

There is no salt, I'm simply stating facts. Katanas are by far the most powerful weapon in PvP and after they are nerfed, people like you will revert back to how bad they were before they started using the new OP gimmick of the month. And I am looking forward to it :)

Dat salt... so delicious. Jokes aside I feel your pain, I wanted to make a build around a mace for another character but in the end it was unviable because of the moveset. Some weapons are good for pve, some are good for pvp, some are good for both. Katanas are not the only good ones out there.

how does it matter what you're wearing when you're using the most overpowered weapon class in the game

damage, speed, stun, ounterattack rating: everything about katanas is OP and I hate people like you who rely on it like a clutch
