Almost everything in my inventory is up for trades - game gifts and keys, in-game items, reward items, cards, emoticons and backgrounds (those - only doubles or for a really good offer). I prefer fair trades, but might ask for something extra, depending on items in question. I'm on Steam practically every day, though might be at odd hours. No matter how it might look to you - I am not rich, so don't ask for free stuff or to do you a "favor" - I have my own 2 kids for that. Beggars will be removed from my list, and if I'm in a bad mood - you might get blocked.
Also - I don't play Dota 2, TF2, CS:GO, etc... So - I don't need any in-game items. I accept TF2 and CS:GO keys as a stable currency, cards and games (if I like the offer) - that's it.

Also they have reward program - Playfire. You get cash rewards for doing what you already do - playing games! (though now I have to add - looks like that one is dying, rewards are becoming scarce )
