Hey hey, people.

When DE announced the changes that poked the hornet's nest that is all the AFK mechanic abusers and Bramma/Zarr no-brainers, my happiness was indescribable. Sure, they were going to review bomb due to the spiteful creatures that they are, but it was worth it.

Please, keep it up.

Additionally, it is our civic duty to troll these abusers - it is okay to abort a mission, or to kill the defense target, if it is to troll these creatures.

Been a long time coming, so....

Game is a really rough gem, with many pros and cons. Not exactly the same redemption story as No Man's Sky, though.

What draws me in is the gameplay, feels much more fluid compared to Fallout 4, or 3. New Vegas, too. Vanilla-wise.

But I can't say the same about the story, or the writing, or how I just wish this game was single player or co-op instead.
Personally, I am disgusted by all NPCs except MODUS, because, in post-war Appalachia, everyone is entitled. That, and story decisions do not matter at all.

If you want to do something actually meaningful in the game, launch a nuke. Otherwise, there is the building aspect of the thing.

Multiplayer, though? There are nice people, provided you keep Pacifist Mode on. If you don't, a stray bullet can get you killed when you didn't even mean to shoot a player. Team players are also rare.

The worst enemies in the game? In my opinion, the Mirelurk Queens and, of course, the writers. Nothing makes me more upset than plot armour and unseen poison projectiles.


All in all? Buy it on sale if you'll bother with it, play with friends, and avoid other people when playing alone. Game only truly starts at level 50.

Played the game for 7 days (on the experimental branch), then it uninstalled itself.

Best easter egg I've ever seen.
