anyone who complains about the movement is an uncultured swine who has never even seen a gameboy in their life let alone played a pokemon game on it.


also i fixed the issues i had by editing the the config file. turn on windows cursor to fix the buggy mouse issue, in the config file you set it to true. if the game prevents you from directly clicking on anything, use windowed mode. i use an application called borderless gaming, which just forces an application into borderless windowed mode, useful for fixing problems such as this one. oh and apparently the ping problem was fixed earlier today, and im not getting mars curiosity rover connection. hope that helps.

there were once two games with the subgenre known as social mmo. these two games, clone wars adventures and free realms, made an incredibly large impact on my childhood. those games were my childhood. in 2014, on march 31st, both games were shut down. ever since then, i have had a void in my soul waiting to be filled, but there was nothing to fill it. this void has existed for 6 years now. all i needed to know about this game were two words. social mmo. i may not have been able to do anything other than create a character as of yet, but i know that this game may be the one ive been waiting 6 years for. very few others exist.


P.S. if anyone is wondering, i do know about the fan revivals of those two games. if anyone is curious, those two revivals are: free realms sunrise and clone wars adventures emulator.

My original review of Destiny 2 consisted of a funny line of dialogue, followed by a thumbs up. But new players will never hear this line in-game. And let me tell you why.

I've realized over the years and my countless hours spent playing this game (steam hours don't include Battle.net) that Bungie has become just like all the others: a greedy game company that only cares about the most efficient way to make as much money as possible, with little regard to the amazing game and universe they've created. Though, it wasn't always this way. Destiny used to be Bungie's passion project, and to some of the developers it obviously still is, (see Witch Queen, art team, music) but through various changes in management, developers retiring/moving on, etc, Bungie's vision for Destiny has changed. They want Destiny 2 to pull people in with it's amazing gunplay, unique gameplay, and enthralling universe, and keep them playing (and spending) with mechanics designed around FOMO such as season passes, DLC requirements, a cash shop that resets each season, time gating, and many more. Now, none of these mechanics are necessarily new to the franchise, but it has become clear that, over time, Bungie (as forced by the execs) has been putting less and less effort into content while putting more and more effort into using these mechanics in the most efficient way possible in order to maximize profit. Hell, they even hired a behavior and psychology specialist to help them make the game more addicting.

The reason why new players will never hear "We came down here as a squad of nine..." is the same reason why I'm writing this review: broken promises. We were promised that the content that was removed (which contained the voice line) after Beyond Light would be returning: none of it has. We were promised a new ritual armor set each year: they neglected this year, and told us that it's our fault. I could list every broken promise, but this review is already the longest one I've written. Please, don't play this game. Don't let them lure you in. It isn't worth it.


Edit: It has recently been revealed that without a shadow of doubt, the root of all this company's evil has always been the execs. In fact, the devs themselves were barred from making many positive, player requested changes to the game by the higher ups. This information was revealed at the cost of over 100 Bungie employees being laid off, including legendary composer Michael Salvatori. Let me put that into perspective: they fired the composer of the Halo theme. My heart goes out to the innocent devs that were laid off by greedy execs, and I wish them all luck in their future endeavors. I hope this situation has a happy ending, as I love this game and Bungie, and this betrayal is the last thing it deserves.

With all that being said, I would now like to encourage everybody to speak their discontent with their wallets. Don't purchase silver, don't preorder Final Shape. By all means play the game if you like, and if you really want to preorder Final Shape, do it at the last minute. We need to show these execs that they can't pull ♥♥♥♥ like this without massive repercussions.

its so peaceful and relaxing that youll forget that youre suffocating

i love this game. it has everything that the beloved saints row 4 has, such as its humor, but without the superpower bs that made it feel more like a knockoff than a saints row game. the combat is fun, the driving mechanics are definitely the best compared to any other game imo, and the story is pretty great. well, the story is pretty dumb still, cause its a saints row game.

10/10 best tire popper simulator ever

P.S. get the full package edition when its on sale, as its always 3.74 bucks, which is only a mere 35 cents more than the base game on sale.

loved this game since before i started playing it. freezes on launch sometimes but relaunching a few times works if your experiencing problems with that.

dont get me wrong, i really love this game. its fun, team based, and overall a great mmo. but heres the problem: pay-2-play. the only reason im not playing this game for thousands of hours is because it takes 10 bucks a month just to get past the starting area. i really hope this game removes the system, even if its a one time pay system. i will leave this review negative until kingsisle listens to their community and removes or changes this system.

There is literally a tip on a loading screen that quotes: "Every once in a while, just pick a direction and run. Quests are everywhere, and exploration can reveal unexpected surprises, valuable treasures, and other rewards"

This game has so much content, and after 40 hours into it at the time of writing I havent even scratched the surface. I've never seen this much content in an mmo, and definitely haven't had this much fun out of one since I first got into the rpg genre. I highly recommend this game if you like mmorpgs and if you like The Elder Scrolls.

8/10 cause the monotization isn't the best. It is an mmo though, so not entirely unexpected. Overall it's a great experience. Music is also extremely good.

Buy this game, you wont be dissapointed.
