I don't play this game often, but I can assure you it's a pretty great game for the price. You get malaria, and you can take medication for it. When you die sometimes an ally will get you up and take you to safety. Not only that, but you get backstory on them when they rescue you. I haven't experienced this, but I've heard from everyone that guns can jam. I recommend getting this game on sale like I did. It's usually like 2 and a half bucks. I give this game a 9/10 for immersion alone.
