VERY HONEST REVIEW.
the game starts off very slow, giving no info. but tbh this made it more fun. you see new enemys and landmarks as you play on.
now once you fully understand how to play and cheese enemies (some forsure need to be cheesed)
the game just gets annoying and stale. NOW FOR 8$ THOUGH IT WAS 100% WORTH IT.
GAME NEEDS TO BE TITLED EARLY ACCESS.

as someone who can actually play at 60fps steady, the performance does need fixed. but the gameplay hasnt been awful. id say buy it and see how it runs and if your rig is having issues refund it til the game is optimized. i will say the price tag for the product doesnt match to well but thats if you are on a budget it is worth waiting i guess. WISH STEAM WOULD ADD A MAYBE OPTION CAUSE I AM ENJOYING IT BUT COULD SEE WHY OTHERS WOULD WAIT.

THE GAME DOESNT HAVE A ENDING YET!
but it was really fun. make sure you pay attention to the notes in your log book or you will get stuck on alot of parts. me and my friend couldve easily beat the game in 15 maybe less hours but none the less it was good fun, cant wait for the updates.

i loved the ♥♥♥♥ out of this game when it first came out. however online play has basically died and its pointless to get now tbh.

IM RUNNING WITH 32GB RAM, 3080, RYZEN 9 5950X! (i always start off games by flying around in god mode to see how performance is!)
this game does have potential but right now its very choppy even on my higher end pc. the ai are very buggy. im not quite sure about base building as i couldnt get to it just yet. i played alot of evolved on console and dont see anything that would drive me back to evolved. HOWEVER idk if i can even play. here is why!

THE GAME GIVES ME A MASSIVE HEADACHE!!! the crazy vibrant colors and choppy fps rates mixed with camera movement and trying to just play in general is really making me feel sick. i may be able to fix this with shaders in nvidia but i had to get off almost 15 mins in the game as i felt awful just trying to stare at my screen. and i play games like rust,dayz,csgo,minecraft, etc. all fine

i dont know if 40$ is worth the game atm and i hope i can fix the visual vibrancy because if you are like me you may not even be able to stomach the colors. i was able to play evolved but the game ran smoother and was easier on the eyes.

reminds me of legacy rust, needs polished and needs a player base. BUT it was worth a try and for a good discount i think you could attempt it. i still play rust so i dont have alot of hours on here, but if they really try and improve things to do in the game i would play some wipes for sure.

with only 3 hours, i have had a ton of fun, how ever the first mission you play with actual friends took forever. while the other missions were way shorter in task and play time in general. maybe research a little before commiting the 30$. however i do think its worth the buy!

my friend bought me this game and he loves it a lot, i by no means hate this game but i will leave a review.
progression felt a little fast, maybe it was because me and my friend are very good at survival games but it didn't feel grindy.
also im not sure if i want it to feel grindy as some things felt a little tedious and not completely fulfilling. my friend did do a lot more than i did, but even then it was pretty basic to go out and just nab everything you need in a single run. and you can completely skip bosses for most end game loot. for the most part getting new items for very cool and fulfilling, but only for the first couple minutes of having it.
the environment was very well made and polished for the most part, but feels like it was missing alot more content to it(probably because its early access but you get the point)
the new dlc was easy to run through as well.

MY CONCLUSION- combat needs to be focused on heavily. the basic attacks and wonky ai made the new equipment you get not feel rewarding because what you use that equipment on was just very bleek(meaning the combat) not really many enemy types that felt threatening besides a group of flys or wasp. and the wings style armor made it to where you could avoid almost any head on fight. and also making stronger armors feel obsolete like the newest set of armor they just added in. why run that armor if has no advantage to the black hornet set.

all in all i had fun playing it and would recommend it if it was on sale. but for 25$ i would say wait til content is added in and combat is updated. I WILL SAY IT WAS BETTER THAN ALOT OF OTHER RELEASES I PLAYED THIS YEAR, so if you do have 25$ laying around it might not be a bad buy.

was ashore, saw buddy, buddy deaf now :(. its OK lets get supply's, oh theirs a boarded up cave right at the beach, goes in but buddy doesn't follow :(. its OK im brave! sees a freak of hell. gets scared, fights anyways. dies :( dropped bag and didn't know. restart save. now me and buddy go deep in the woods. OH NO MONKEY HOOMANS! runs into nearby cave. WTF IS IN DIS CAVE. gets scared and quits til other buddy's arrive. 10/10

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!!! a game that game out in 2022 that's not super buggy and has a lot of play ability. YES! this game is so so so so good for 20$. i haven't felt this good about gaming for so long. im not gonna talk about the game play or graphics or any of that. just buy it and play it. pvp-survival-fantasy-VoIP( yes the VoIP is awesome)-competitive and a lot of game play and progress. BUY IT DON'T LISTEN TO THE HATERS ASCEND WITH US!

EDIT- vrising to no surprise revamped and overhauled alot to the game. love that the first major update is outstanding. amazing job, maybe the best game of 2023 as of right now. i will be buying my friends some copies so i can play this game more than i have.

EDIT- i beat vrising in solo mode and it was amazing as i knew it would. with the full release i will be looking into pvp now! these devs are role models for future games. seriously the solo play was so good i look forward to pvp!!!
