I bought the platinum edition and i can get the neoplan skyliner but i can not download the comfort class HD. It says i need to pay for it again. Can anyone help?

Early Access Review
Hey over all the game is amazing but they is one not so good thing about it. That is when you are a fire fighter and you use the ladder truck and you set it up you can not go up the ladder with a water hose. But instead of that the game is amazing, Hopefully you look on that problem and get it all sorted. Thanks. :D
