I played the OG cycle when it was an epic games exclusive and personally i hate the changes they made to the game originally it was a movement shooter and a new fresh take on a battle royal granted there was a bit of a learning curve and I'll be honest it was not easy but it was a lot of fun, but now the devs have turned it in to a tarkov like clone which is rather disappointing they head a polished and well made game and did a complete 180 with the game play and completely removed all of the original core gameplay. I guess to sum up everything if you loved the OG cycle I wouldn't suggest the new cycle but if you like more tactical tarkov like games but have a harder time learning them then this is the game for you.
