M&B Bannerlord is a cautionary tale about how a product that's been under development for years, can still feel like the most unfinished thing upon release. Even now, years after the actual game release, it's just empty. The game is not worth it at full price, because you're not receiving a full game.
It's beyond lazy to expect the fanbase to fix your game and its missing parts with mods.

Fun game, until you get matched up against an enemy who bought the expansion sets. No way to possibly prepare yourself against this from within the game, as the game won't list the expansion set cards, and you don't have access to the cards without incessant grinding or shelling out the money.

Buggiest mess i've tried to launch in a while, forces a fullscreen resolution of 1280x720, takes for ever to load just from launching, and has a non-escapable intro movie about some mediocre gameplay that tells me to press ESC to skip the movie - and nothing happens. Uninstalled before i even got to play the game. I'd understood it on a bad system, but on launching a game on a SSD and running on a GTX 1080 and a Ryzen 1600, just makes this pure madness. Do not recommend, i'm going back to War Thunder

Been on this game since it was kickstarted, the guys behind it are doing great amounts of work to bugfix, balance the game, and polish the product. It's finally been released, and i have to admit it's very much playable and a great load of fun to play.

There's still some few issues to fix, but nothing that will prevent you from having a good time with this game.

Game is still using assets from their older MoW titles, and also suffer a lot under the same AI, pathfinding and general gamelogic problems as the old MoW games did. I hardly find it balanced either.

It's a good Free2Play, with a good community, but it does suffer a bit from latency issues. This is not a huge deal, since most of the game is resolved automatically, and a high ping doesn't seem to have that much impact on the gameplay.

Honestly can't recommend this game anymore.
It's blatantly Pay2win, Gaijin implements half-broken features, that only promotes cash-grab attempts, the balance is out of the window and the gameplay loop is both punishing and unrewarding.
For every shiny new patch they put out, there's another wave of insidious attempts to try and trap your gameplay experience with cash walls, and lackluster battlepass systems.
The game isn't fun, Gaijin made sure of that.

Brilliant indie-game, and absolutely recommendable. The game provides many hours of good fun and in-depth city building.

Great game, absolutely a recommended game to play if you enjoy tycoon games.
