Story/Writing ★★★★☆
The story is pretty good for a common cyberpunk Corporate dystopia type game. with a letdown of linear dialogue, cant beat The Witcher. Quests and main quests were all very fun to play and some side quests really took you to another world.

Character Design ★★★★☆
The characters are designed really well. Their style fits their personalities and attributes.
There are a thrust of characters, so the story is defiantly pretty expansive.
You have a great selection to pick from to create your own custom character. You can even customize the size of weird parts. You also have a high amount of clothing and accessories available. Most of it is acquired through world exploration or shopping at stores.

Graphics ★★★★★
The graphics look great period. The Level Design and Environment Art are all designed very well.
With some additional mods and cyber engine tweaks you can enhance the graphics even more, at cost of performance, though.
Supports RTX - Though the ray-tracing in this game is still extremely un-optimized.

Gameplay & Balancing ★★★★☆
The game is intended to be played with other people. Most activities, especially everything in the endgame, is meant to be played with others. (You can solo it, if you're a whale.) There is a built-in LFG, so you'll always find someone for your team. Imo, most games are more fun with friends (or other people in general). The player-base is usually very kind & helpful.
You have many different game modes to select from - Raids, World-Bosses, Car Racing, Dancing in a Nightclub or Fishing just to name a few. There are also very fun time-limited Minigames (eg. Hide & Seek or Team-PvEvP-Fights).
The non-event PvP-Arena sucks, since it's not really balanced and therefore whales will usually win. But it's not required to be played. It'll only give you points for a few cosmetic items.
Like in many other MMO-RPGs, some old weapons (mostly High-DPS in this case) get invalued by powercreep. All-in-all, the game is balanced pretty well. The powercreep is not that high, that you can't play weapons after a year or so. I still play a healing weapon from release and it's still performs very well. It matters more that you will get the fitting elemental stats on your armor and activate best "Simulacra Traits".
Also, like in many other MMO-RPGs, you can Min/Max your equipment. Min/Maxing is not a requirement to play the endgame, but looking at your stats will definitely be worth it, especially rolling on your preffered element. The Drop-Stats are random, but you can increase the chance to get what you want in some situations (eg. armor-pieces in "Joint Operations").
Armor, Items, Mats etc. are usually acquired by doing your daily stuff, world exploration (rare) or events. Weapons and Matrices (Weapon Modules) are acquired through gacha banners or (rarely) through defeating world bosses.

Performance & Requirements ★★☆☆☆
At release the performance was horrendously bad. It improved very much over the time. Sometimes I still get the feeling it still sucks, this could be an effect of the trauma, though.
Changing the ray tracing graphics settings, especially Ray traced reflections and "Psycho lighting", will affect performance a lot.
If you have a 2070 and above, you should be able to play it. At least a 30-series card is required to play at max settings. A CPU with at least 8 Cores is a requirement.

Bugs ★★★★☆
There are a few minor bugs and glitches with the world streaming which can be 100% avoided by installing the game on a SSD/NVME. On a RTX 3080ti you cant get a solid 60fps with ray tracing on ultra at 4k, with DLSS on balanced. So the performance is deferentially not at satisfactory, but is much better from launch.

TL;DR/Conclusion
The game is a solid ★★★★☆
If you're into dues x, futuristic RPGs, and story telling games, you'll definitely like this one. If you have a good PC, you can play Cyberpunk without any problems.
You have 3 different life styles to pick from and complete the game on, I have all 3 Playthroughs and new quests get added to the game every new update that is constantly added to the game.
The anime-style graphics are nice and you have many options to choose from when creating your character.
If you want to spend money, I'd recommend getting the season pass & the 30-Day-Pack.
