I am white but my preference for black girls has become well known at my school. About a week ago, my teacher remarked on this with a bit of a cringe joke as described in the title.
I wasn’t offended, cause it is true, I would die for my black girls. However, it has caused outrage in the wider community.
The teacher has been suspended pending an inquiry and other teachers and students are being attacked (cars being vandalised as well) as they go to and leave school.
My girlfriend has thought about us wearing BLM armbands to show that we understand that racism isn’t a joke and maybe that might calm things.
