I appreciate the rich visuals, characters, and story, but the "gameplay" is mostly just figuring out what menu item to click at the right time, based on dialogue to progress on the story. It does feel like you're arbitrarily guessing how to progress through this single, linear, storyline. There aren't any other endings or consequences, just that you may just miss an achievement or two. There is no deduction or interactivity or anything close to the Ace Attorney series, if you were expecting that. I finished in 5 hours with no rush.

Because of it's lackluster content, gameplay, and interactivity, it's expensive for what it is.

This is my 2nd complete play through at 220 hours. First with Gloomrot and now Oakveil. I also played on full-loot and pure PvE servers. This game is the best survival crafting game in it's genre. No notes.

The amount of depth in progression, difficulty, power balancing, and the fine balance between ingenuity, doability, and creativity makes for a wonderful mash that is unique to your vampire. You can create unique builds, define logistics of materials, fight super fun bosses, and have extremely quality base building with the QoL that is absolutely absent in others.

Absolutely peak art direction, narrative, and gameplay. Sandfall, please expand on the world building you have here and make more, I am SO invested.
