Totally worth, loved that they didn t change any of the essence of the original game, devs actually added to the game some little pieces that I actually considered just nice.
Since the game is actually the original you could actually review the original game itself, which in story and gameplay was a massive success as far as I can tell, since you can develop the story at your own rythm and you can choose what do you want for your character its actually easier to relate to him. It is an old game so if you are familiar with more modern games that allow you to build your character, and make decisions that affect the way the story unfolds you may feel like a prisoner of just a little set of options for the character, and you may be right, but it is also apreciated that it is kind of a simple task and not an overwhelming set of decisions and choises for the character; for me, yes it would be nice to have a little more agency over what your character can do and be, but it is definitvely nice also to have just 2 choises at hand and go with whatever you feel at the moment and then the gray areas just appear just by your judgement.
Its on my list of the best games I ve ever played and I m sure it will be hard to knock it out of there!

Worth every cent! if you like the RTS genre and love a good classic, there's no reason not to buy this edition.
At first i wasnt that sure because i had the remastered version but if you wanna play the experience as you remember (we usually remember the game being in HD and awesome graphic work) then you should totally buy it. as for description its just plain old aoe 2...
